Power of Affirmation
How conversations with self influence your consciousness
At a young age, we eventually will try to seek validation. That is how most children are brought up. To please and impress our parents. To hear that we are “good” or “we did a good job,” is magic to not only our ears but to our minds. If someone else said it, someone who is not us, than it must be true. To be good is to express goodness, so much can come out of it. Even a pep talk, can improve our performance if given one. An uplifting speech, can increase confidence, and empower who ever may hear it. The last step is to believe what is being said is true. Do you believe to be at a place of uplifting. Do you deserve “to be the best,” that “I am patient,” or “I deserve good things,” because in some elemental this is true for each and every one of us. Just settle into this power, and accept these ideas.
Self Affirmation
In this moment, think of an experience when someone said something beautiful to you. That captivated your attention, and leaves you filled with butterflies. Would the impact be different if you said it to yourself? Ofcourse it would, sometimes we do not desire our own words. We know ourselves far to well, but it should and would leave an impact. When I do my affirmations, I speak as if I was talking to the most authentic, well rounded, divine, and successful version of myself. That version of you is STILL you. Being deserving of these words does not depend on societal positions or paths. Everyone deserves their flowers, so start by giving them to yourself first. Consistency, is always followed with efficiency so start today and embrace this journey. Here are a few affirmations that leave me feeling amazing when spoken out loud and I hope you resonate with them:
” I am radiant”
“New opportunities flow to me”
“I am open to success and prosperity”
” I am not my feelings”
“I can conquer difficult things”
“We deserve everything we desire”
“I am not perfection, I am human”

Intention: My Year Recap
How acts of intentions can effect my life
The Transition to the new year, I was alone in my bath tub, soaking up just another moment of this life. 2023 I had explore reality in a different city, different culture, and new perspective. Everything from that experience, I brought with me proudly and eagerly.
I wanted a career full in creativity and healing. That could be several different forms and directions. As who I am, I was ready. Dabbled in photography, writing, and art I knew whatever I put my mind too I could achieve. Long term gratification was the goal. One thing to guide me to all my desires was intention. To wake and fall asleep I had one thing on my mind, who do I want to be in 10 years? Does my higher self act on these habits that are in my life currently?
With this method I found myself gracefully flowing with life, feeling confident and whole. I changed jobs to a place where I can make a change. I loved harder and traveled further. On the other hand, the year was not perfect. Every space of life will may have a dark corner. Found myself through hardship and struggled but I am only human and moments like these will pass.
Entering 2025
Another year I hope to use all the wisdoms and lessons to my advantage and become prosperous. I am ready for all the failures, opportunities, mistakes, and lessons. May I counter every moment with gratitude and every person with kindness. May I continue to heal and spread healing. May I use my words, expression, and thoughts as tools of love.
I am not alone on this journey, and neither are you. We got this!
