My Name Is AJ (Aaron) Lee McPherson, and I am several things. Who I am currently is someone looking to build connections and community. I see myself as a Lover, a poet, and an Optimist. I Discovered this journey of wellness and mindfulness in 2018. I could not see myself living any differently.
