Another Year Around The Sun

On The Day April 29, 2001 I was blessed to be welcomed into this world with Health, Safety, and Brotherhood. Everyday is a journey beyond the mind and spirit. Discovery lies in a single step, and a spoken word. Through conversations with my guides, higher self, and fellow man, we expand our knowledge and love to new corners of this space. I try to lead my life with an open heart and mind, and today I am embracing these lessons today. Hopefully something can be taken and passed with great intention. Here are some lessons I have learned 🙂

  1. Celebrate love in every form
  2. You can be your biggest supporter or enemy, choose wisely
  3. Hug your friends often
  4. Allow people the space to change
  5. We are all not that different
  6. Think about it twice before making a decision
  7. Do not be embarrassed to express the things you enjoy
  8. Love can heal
  9. Always Do what is best for you
  10. Lead with an open heart and a calm mind
  11. When in doubt, be prepared to do it alone
  12. Growth can be lonely
  13. Be vocal about your boundaries
  14. The RIGHT person will love you correctly
  15. Its okay to have bad days
  16. Mistakes are inevitable
  17. Their is gratitude in everything, even when you dont see it
  18. It starts with you
  19. Nothing outside of you can devalue you
  20. Embarrassment is a social construct
  21. When ever you are ready, you can start again
  22. There is no one like, there will be no one like you
  23. You Hold so much power in your creativity
  24. Your attention only deserves the best

I am not no wise saint, or an individual who has studied the mind all my life, but I am a being who knows who I am. Experienced life softly and gracefully. I take my time and try to stay hopeful. May these words motivate you and excite. May this be a reminder that this life is holding so much more for you. Follow your heart and be true to you. Beauty awaits everywhere and when you decide you are ready, its attracted by your devotion. Lastly Peace and Love Family and Happiest of Birthdays to the man I am becoming !
